As an Assistant Superintendent in the third largest district in New Jersey, I am responsible for over ten thousand students and 21 principals.  In the morning before I start my day, I look forward to Coach TR’s words of wisdom and encouragement.  It is Mindfulness at its best!!!  They inspire me to be a better me, administrator and human...  She forces me to think deeply daily! 

More importantly, however, Coach TR helped me accomplish my observations and evaluations in a timely manner.  Coach TR helped me discover helpful strategies to put in place in order to complete the task.  I was able to provide quality feedback and keep my appointments with fidelity.  I had it inside me, Coach TR brought it all out!  Her questioning techniques are amazing and insightful.
