What is the the challenge?
...be honest with yourself, is there something you're ignoring or avoiding... have you scheduled your annual doctor visits... have you been a victim of time... do you need to do some research and get another opinion... or perhaps, just get moving..?
What will you research to help you continue to improve your physical health?
Think about it for a moment... is it time to review medication you've been taking for a while... have you spent anytime researching the side effects... what supplements are you taking... is there something new worth looking into...
...how's your mobility... is there an alternative form of exercise that will benefit you at this time..?
What will you reject?
...this made me stop and think....
I challenge you to be your own advocate. You have a right to ask your doctor questions and demand answers... if you don't know what to ask, bring someone you trust with you to those appointments... don't automatically accept a diagnoses... do your research... you know your body best... Speak up... if your physician is not listening, perhaps it's time to look for another one, or at least seek another opinion.
