The automatic pilot of an airplane is a remarkable device:
It gets you to your destination by being wrong most of the time.
It self-corrects thousands of times without loosing its temper.
It noticed it’s wrong, corrects itself, then does the whole process over again a second or two later.
What can you learn from the automatic pilot of an airplane? Come up with an answer before moving on..

Search for your mistakes, don’t resist making them.
Be willing to learn from mistakes cheerfully.
Self-correct, make any needed adjustments that will improve the next opportunity.
