Pause here for a moment and free yourself from distractions:


Take a deep breath in... exhale slowly... deep breath in... exhale slowly... deep breath in... exhale slowly... calm your mind and be present...


Who are you? ...Think about that for a moment...


What are you thinking? This minute... what is going through your mind..?


If you look around and discover you are not where you want to be, consider examining your thoughts… your actions, and what got you to the place you find yourself.


Iyanla Vanzant makes this suggestion in her book Until Today…

Acknowledge what you have done.
Forgive yourself.
Ask for forgiveness.
Make amends or restitution.
Move on.

Today’s Mantra:

Today I am devoted to stopping the things I do that do not honor who I am!

In other words, own your power… It starts with you!


Your Task: From Acts of Faith…

Name three things you owe yourself that you are willing to give to yourself today.


Act like you know who you are!

Make it happen… your choice…


What are you willing to do?


Don’t miss your opportunity. Be intentional, encourage others to do the same and watch what happens.
