How you choose to view the circumstances you find yourself in is truly up to you. Perception is everything.

Are you being ruled by fear or willing to muster up the needed strength and courage it will take to have exactly what you want? Take time to reflect on this question and be honest with yourself...

3. Rest:
What boundaries need to be in place to give my mind, body, and soul the needed time to recover?
5. Relationships:
Who in my life energizes me and who can be mentally draining?

What positive affirmation will keep me focused today?
6. Nature:
How will I intentionally smell the roses, breathe some fresh air, and/or feel the warmth of the sunshine?
