“It’s hard to philosophize about rhinoceroses when there’s one actually chasing you.”

How do the words above resonate with you?
Pause here for a moment and free yourself from distractions:
Take a deep breath in... exhale slowly... deep breath in... exhale slowly... deep breath in... exhale slowly... calm your mind and be present...
I had a full blown deep belly, teary eyed, nose running five minute attack of laughter when I read this. Much needed... Not exactly sure why it affected me that way but It prompted me to share these two points:
1. No matter where you are experiencing adversity in your life take the time to acknowledge your feelings: fear, anger, joy... Only then can you learn the lesson.
2. Surround yourself always with positive people and friends that know the right questions to ask you when you are going through those times: “What can you learn from this?”
Today's Challenge: Approach this day with intention. Wherever you face adversity, pause and ask yourself:
“What am I needing to learn that I’ve created this adversity for?”
Try it, you might just learn something that will help you move forward.
You got this!
