Tuesday's Talk

Tavia Robinson

-African Proverb

Kwanzaa Day 3: Ujima: Collective Work and Responsibility

Ujima is the principle of collective work and responsibility. It is the opportunity to work with others to build and maintain our community. The problems of our brothers and sisters are our problems. We will find the answers to solve problems and do good work together. In our communities, we have to work together to meet its needs and work dutifully to ensure its endurance and prosperity.

Today’s Affirmation: I Am responsible for doing all I can do.

“We must act as if it is impossible to fail.”

-African Proverb

What are you willing to do to create a collective community environment you are proud of?

Don’t miss your opportunity. Be intentional. Encourage others to do the same and watch what happens.

You got this!
