I'd rather regret the risk that didn't work out than the chances I didn't take at all."
-Simone Biles
Pause here for a moment:
Take a deep breath in... exhale slowly... deep breath in... exhale slowly... deep breath in... exhale slowly... calm your mind and be present...

Where do you get your inspiration from?
... think about it ...what inspires you... do you need inspiration....?
I read a quote from one of my LinkedIn connections yesterday; "Complacency and contentment are not created equal. One will eliminate forward progress and the other is a prerequisite for sustainable happiness." It made me think...?
How do you know when you've become too complacent?
What does happiness look like to you?
If we learn from our mistakes, why are we so afraid to make a mistake?
Something to think about for sure...
Today's Challenge:
Choose to be happy.
Continue to move forward.
Take a chance.
Encourage others to do the same.
Engage with others... Share the questions above and start the conversation.
Be intentional and watch what happens.
