“I find hope in the darkest of days, and focus in the brightest. I do not judge the universe.”
-Dalai Lama
How do the words above resonate with you?
Pause here for a moment and free yourself from distractions:
Take a deep breath in... exhale slowly... deep breath in... exhale slowly... deep breath in... exhale slowly... calm your mind and be present...
What is hope?
Think about that for a moment...
hope | noun a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen.
Hope is an optimistic state of mind that is based on an expectation of positive outcomes with respect to events and circumstances in one's life or the world at large. As a verb, its definitions include: "expect with confidence" and "to cherish a desire with anticipation."

In the midst of crises and disappointment keeping hope alive can be challenging at best.
Where do you find hope?
...think about that, for a moment...
Close your eyes and visualize the life you want to live... where you want to be, what you want to do, career aspirations... the people you want to be around... the way you want to feel... stay there until you get a clear mental picture...
Now ask yourself: What do I need to do so that within 1-3 years I can say this current crisis was the best thing that could have happened to life?
...Think about that seriously... spend some time here...
What’s your plan to make it happen?
....Hhhhummm...
“ may your choices reflect your hopes not your fears.”
- Nelson Mandela
