What is the quote above saying to you?


The key words are: change, attitude, and complain.... what are your thoughts...?


complain | verb express dissatisfaction or annoyance about something.


A person who complains all the time is viewed ads miserable... discontented... a nag... hard to please.. "high maintenance"... demanding....


How often do you complain? What do you complain about? How has complaining benefited you? ...something to think about...


change I verb make or become different. take or use another instead of.


Change implies making an essential difference often amounting to a loss of original identity or a substitution of one thing for another.


What is something you would like to change?

...think about that for a moment... something that would make a significant or essential difference...


attitude | noun a settled way of thinking or feeling about someone or something, typically one that is reflected in a person's behavior,


Attitude refers to ones manner, disposition, feeling, or position with regard to a person or thing. It involves an individuals values and beliefs that makes them act or behave in a certain way.


The right attitude will lead to increased productivity and a pleasant working environment. A positive attitude is a mindset that helps you see and recognize opportunities.

  1. Keep your energy focused

  2. Work on accomplishing goals

  3. Say a few affirmations each morning. (do some research and select a few that speak to you. post them in a visible/accessible place.)

  4. Find what's positive in others

  5. Keep your posture open

  6. Stay in the moment (avoid distractions...not always easy)

  7. Dish out compliments

  8. Remember to take care of yourself

  9. Keep a daily gratitude list

  10. Sing yourself a song (this really works...lol!)

  11. Establish some healthy boundaries ("When you own your boundaries, you are in the power position.")

  12. Try a Yoga Laugh (Laughter is always a quick helpful tool)

  13. Wear bright colors try pinks or teals... men, this works for you too. ( When you're just not feeling it, let your clothes do the work for you!)


Today's Challenge: Do NOT waste any time complaining. Do what you can and stay positive. Don't miss your opportunity. Be intentional and watch what happens.
