Freedom Friday

“Integrity is not what we do, so much as who we are...  And who we are, in turn, determines what we do.”

-John C Maxwell

How do the words above resonate with you?

Pause here for a moment and free yourself from distractions:

Take a deep breath in...  exhale slowly...  deep breath in...  exhale slowly...  deep breath in...  exhale slowly...  calm your mind and be present...

Do you consider yourself a person of integrity?

...Sit with that question for a moment...

Integrity comes from the Greek word meaning “wholeness”, the state of being whole and undivided.

John C. Maxwell provides the following things to consider:

1. A person of integrity does not have divided loyalties.

What do your actions say about you?

2. A person of integrity does not pretend.

How are you showing up?

3. A person of integrity is whole and can be identified by their single-mindedness.

How do you want others to see you?

4. A person of integrity has nothing to hide and nothing to fear.

On a scale of 1-10 how would you rate your level of integrity?

I challenge you to take your personal integrity seriously.  Protect it. A strong foundation of integrity has a huge impact on your success and your future.

“Live so that when your children think of fairness, caring, and integrity, they think of you.”

What do your actions say about you?

How will you continue to strengthen your foundation of integrity... What are you willing to do?

Don’t miss your opportunity!  Be intentional, encourage others to do the same and watch what happens.

You got this!
