I do some quick reading and meditation in the early hours of the morning to focus my thoughts and help guide my day. In Gay Hendricks’, A Year of Living Consciously: 365 Daily Inspirations for Creating a Life of Passion and Purpose, something he said jumped out at me:
“Until you can accept reality exactly as it is, you cannot change.”
I would add to that point:

Your reality may be different from mine. I believe however we both instinctively know when something is not right... whether it is affecting us directly or happening to someone else.
