Presence is the state of being somewhere. Your style of being there ...your demeanor or bearing. Presence is usually a physical thing. Presence is also described as being fully conscious, flexible, and able to engage in a spontaneous relationship with your surroundings.
How present are you right now?
It's Friday, and I encourage you today to be present:
Take a deep breath and exhale slowly... Sit with your thoughts for a moment .... Do it again... deep breath... allow your mind to slow down.... exhale... be present in this moment...
